Returns Policy

We are confident you will love your new Lakai swimwear we know its important for you to feel and look good so for change of mind or incorrect choice we gladly accept return of items with the terms below. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your full priced item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and hygiene liners in place and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return items are at the customers expense.

If your return is accepted you will receive a refund.

The original postage cost is non refundable when a return is made. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.

Damaged or faulty

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, worn items or any promotional items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available after return. 

Please note Lakai Swim is not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss of items during shipping. Lakai Swim does not offer cancellations, when you confirm payment you are agreeing to commit to your purchase. We are always here for you at Lakai Swim if you have questions regarding a specific style or guidance or advice on sizing.
